I tried tea tree oil and it immediately got worse...red, peeling. I tried it again with Vit E and the same thing happend. So far I'm seeing improvement by drinks with tons of Vit Bs and applying zinc oxide several times a day. Actually, it's barely noticible and the "ridge" on my tongue is diminishing. The Vit B drinks seem to work better than the B supplement and multi vit, I'm feeling like I may be able to sleep. Do B vitamins do that to anyone else?
