Crohns isnt a genetic disease ...

increase the risk... that means its not a direct causal link ... so its only a factor, but not the primary one ... if you'r talking about
cures or vaccines then the primary factor (that is still unknown) is the important one
the most "famous" gene to crohns is the NOD2 ... but the mutation of that gene is only present in 30 % of people that have Crohns (and in 10 % of people that dont have crohns)... see my point? its not the primary factor
