toilets

what kind of toilets do any of you have that you think work well with crohnies?  We just bought a new house and it needs a new toilet and I want to get one that I don't have to flush a million times! 

I replaced my old toilet with a Toto Drake CST743S. FABULOUS toilet. Powerful flush - never - and I mean NEVER clogs. It's going to cost you though. Mine cost me $600 installed. You might get it cheaper and install it yourself. I highly recommend it.

I agree, the low flow ones suck! I have to hold the lever to make sure all the toilet paper and wipes go down, otherwise, have to wait for it to fill back up again and start over.

I want one with the bidet thingie built into it!! That would help make clean up quicker!

We bought a house 10 years ago and had to replace the 3 toilets over the next 5 or 6 years as we renovated. We got one by American Standard. The advertisement for it said you could flush a dozen golf balls and not clog it. I won't say it has never clogged, but it is rare and usually my daughter not me. It has some sort of super flush and the tank holds water in reserve so that you can do a double flush if you need to. We got them at Home Depot or Lowes and they were a bit more than some of the models, but not super expensive. Of course we got the first one just after they came out with it so that would explain why it was a bit more pricey, but by now they should either have updated the technology to make them better (a dozen and a half golf balls), or the price should be a bit more in line.

If they were self cleaning they would be the perfect toilet, but sadly they are not.

sniper, don't forget the flat screen on the opposite wall! rofl!
