Omg.. Ok so, this morning I had a bout of diarrhea. Just once today. And it's 1:55pm now (Im in Fl) and I have this REAL bad cramping pain in both sides of my abdomen, going more towards my back,kidney areas.. My lower back hurts REAL bad. I am here trying to stretch and make the pain go away but it's just there on the inside. What should I do? What could this be?! It's scaring me.. cry

I would call your doc if it doesn't go away. Try taking a hot shower, that helps me sometimes or a nice warm bath.

It has subsided a bit.. But if I get it again I am going to have to go to the Hospital :(

Stick w/a liquid diet for a day or two. That should help it pass. (((hugs)))

It could be a number of things.  For example, I just had my gall bladder removed -- the gall stones were terribly painful!  I would not hesitate to call the doctor or go to the ER if you get really intense pain that persists.

Gall bladder pain is in the top right, at the edge of the ribs.

Sounds like a good old CD (or GD) cramp attack. I had them for years not fun. I used to eat a few table spoons of plane white rice, it got me over them faster.

This is only a temporary solution. I assume we get them cuz of strictures, which eventually lead to a block (though it took me 10 years to get there).

Indeed talk to your doctor about this.

kidney stones? ectopic pregnancy, a ruptured endometrial or ovarian cyst. could be all kinds of cool stuff.
