I drink fresh green juice just about
everyday if not 2 -3 times per day. I juice mainly: kale, spinach, swiss chard, cucumbers, celery, carrots and sometimes beets.
Not all in the same juice. I rotate my greens so if I have Kale one day I won't have it the next. I love juicing, it makes me feel awesome and gives me ton of energy. I also juice wheatgrass, but you do need a special juicer for that one. I'll tell you one thing, juicing is the best thing I have done for my health since being diagnosised. It's like it brought me back to life again. I don't know what I would do without it.
