WOW! I was out a few days and came back to all these replies! Thanks, peeps!
Know what's funny? I kind of hope they don't completely go away, because if they did I'm afraid a relapse might just be totally devastating to me. Like I'd think "oh boy, 5 more years.". For now I live with it and should be thankful that this is it for now. I have discovered that some foods make it worse and luckily those are mostly junk foods, so I am at a good weight and feel healthy.
But, I do hate the changes in my schedule to accomodate the pain, not wanting to travel because my schedule would be hard to keep at someone's house, and having to make sure the hotel is gonna have a bathtub so I can put out the flames each morning!
Oh, didn't mention my schedule: wake up 3:30, use bathroom by 3:50. Take bath (to quench most pain), eat breakfast, go back to sleep from 4:30 to 5:30 (sleep off the pain). Crazy, huh? But it beats sitting at my desk with fresh pain every day.
