Does anyone use bromelain?

It's an enzyme harvested from the pineapple stem that's supposed to have some anti-inflammatory properties. Was wondering if anyone has tried it with success?

I haven't personally tried it, but I know people who have and are very pleased with it. I think you take it on an empty stomach to get the anti-inflammatory effect.

Bromelain is one of several enzymes in a digestive enzyme combination supplement that we use. Always had GREAT success with it!

Could you please tell me the brand of supplement that you use? When you say, had great success, what do you mean exactly?

Love the Bromelain! I have not tried it with major flare-ups, just because I get too scared to take anything. Stomach upsets with only minor flare up, is great. I know of nothing that works better for me.


brand -> American Health - Chewable Papaya Enzyme Plus
Dose on bottle says 3 tablets but 1 does the trick for me.
