If you've got vials, you need syringes. I live in Taiwan and here we can buy syringes across the counter, but in the USA (I'm guessing that's where you are) I believe a prescription is needed to possess syringes ("War on Drugs," you know).
The only other thing you should have are some alcohol wipes (you could just use a piece cotton with rubbing alcohol dabbed on it). And last but not least, a little knowledge about injecting yourself. The B12 shot should be administered IM, so no need to hit a vein (indeed, you DON'T want to do that). I inject myself in the lower hip (near buttocks). The buttocks may be a preferable target, but for that you need a willing friend/relative to do it for you - difficult to reach back there when doing it yourself.
