I finally have some - sitting in my fridge. I thought I'd see if it does better than my current probiotic.
I was wondering what kind of dosages others used. 1 per day, 2 per day?

I don't use this probiotic myself, but have heard its a good one. But if I were you I would start with one to see how you do with it, and later add another if you think you need it. JMHO

My husband takes the unflavoured sachets of vsl3. He takes 2 a day - 1 am, and 1 pm with yogurt. But definitely start slow, I've heard it can cause people to be uncomfortable with lots of gas etc. My husband didn't have any problems with it, but especially if you're flaring, I'd start slowly.

In clinical trials they used 1-4 sackets a day. Each sacket has 450billion. So at minimum to have clinical results you want at least 450 billion bacteria daily however many caps that is.
This stuff works great, too much money I dont have though!!!

Although he's taking something else right now, my son has taken them for over a year. He was in remission when he started them, though, so it's hard to know for sure that they had any real effect. That said, I will continue to buy them.
