Hello, Being new to his whole crohns thing, i am still trying to understand what the heck i can eat and drink. I realize that some people say that it really does'nt matter what i have; but then again some people (like the SCD and makers people) adhere to almost a fascist type regiment. I just want to know, what works for most of you in the morning when you have a glass of juice? Orange, Pear, Apple, Tomato?
