Gosh! That's unusual.
I shall think... but in the meantime, I hope someone here will be able to provide a good answer for you.
I'd still blame your Mum: if the purple were coming from you, wouldn't it be more intense in the parts where your legs and bottom have contact with the seat, and less intense in others?
Are you sure someone isn't playing a practical joke on you?
I have to agree. If the seat was changing from me, there should be more color on the seat, instead of the part where you sit. There is just a round outline but no coloring in the leg region.
I'm pretty sure it isn't a practical joke. The seat has been like this for a few weeks now. My mom only took notice of it yesterday. That's when she asked me, "I have a weird question for you, is your medicine making your butt sore? The toilet seat in the bathroom turned blue."
That's when I mentioned it was probably her cleaning it, even my dad things the same thing. Plus, the seat is turning purple not blue.
I always lift the seat. There aren't any spots on the underside. There is just the purple area where someone has sat down and done their business. A dye transfer from the skin seems like the most likely culprit, although I don't have any new clothes. There are at least two other people who use the toilet so it could be something from them causing it and not me.
