Benefiber is one you can add to food. You just sprinkle it over whatever food you are eating and its tasteless. Whatever you do when you start a fiber supplement, is start SLOW. Don't start with the dosage on the package, cut it in half or quarters, and just start slowly or else you could get some uncomfortable side effects. Hugs!
