What do you mix your Miralax with?

Hi everyone, I have to take 2 doses of Miralax everyday and I always mix it with Apple Juice, I am getting somewhat tired of all the Apple Juice. I recently thought about putting it in my coffee, but I wasnt sure how that would go. I was wandering if you would all share with me what you usually mix it with if you have to take it. I cant mix it with water because it gets thick. Thank you all! Hope everyone is well!

My GI uses the miralax prep for colonoscopies, so I when I have to have one I usually mix mine with hot tea--it's almost soothing.

If you are not prepping for a procedure, try whatever flavor gatorade you like.

I just do water. But then again, I don't take miralax very often, and for the most part I don't taste it.

I mix my daughter's with Vitamin Water Zero.

I take it every morning so I just mix it with my morning coffee, can't taste it at all.

Apple Juice or Juicy Juice - usually the cherry or berry flavored ones.

I am just starting to take it on an every other day basis. The weather is cold right now so in my cocoa is a favorite, and if I need a change maybe in a hot brandy toddy.
In summer I will have to find something different.

I had to take it every day while in the hospital for a month. They only gave it to me with water. I got to the point I couldn't stomach (no pun intended) the taste of that stuff. The thought of it makes me sick.

I'll have to try it with some of these suggestions. Thanks.

I would continue to mix it with some type of thicker or strong juice. I personally like the apple juice because it is already a heavy liquid and the miralax doesn't change the consistency too much. I have also mixed it with grape juice and gatorade and had no problems. Just don't mix it with your coke because the carbonation goes everywhere if the coke is strong. It probably would not been too bad if my miralax had not formed into a couple bigger clumps and was just powder though. It was like putting mentos into a diet coke bottle.
