I was doing some research today on Crohn's Disease, and learned something new.
The article I read said that Dogs can get Crohn's Disease...Does anyone know anything about
this? I was really surprised to read this.

Yes it was discussed about
2-4 months ago (I think), my friend had a cat and a ferret with crohn's(ferret quickly succumbed) ...she had known I had it for awhile, but found it odd that 2 of her animals had it...

Hahaha! My wife and I were talking about
this just last night, as we have a dog and three cats. She has IBS, I have IBD, now wouldn't it be hilarious(albeit super expensive and a mental roller coaster) if the little ones had IBD too?!?

Yes, I actually learned this a while ago. My cat was sick and I actually thought she may have had IBD. Turned out she was just really sick from being fat though. Would have been pretty coincidental for my cat to have the same disease as me...
