I agree with dinkley. Just chew until your food is mush. You don't need to count.

Chew 30 times is a guidance. I don't think it literally means count to 30 in your head after every bite of everything you ever eat.
Take a normal bite, chew, swallow. Then do a couple counting to 30. Most of us will notice a big difference. Note how much longer long the food is in your mouth or how mushed up it is after 30 count compared to your normal chewing.
