I know packing the calories isn't always healthy for you, but
there are times a crohnie has to do what they have to do to
save themselves. I fell down to 82 lbs and didn't want to go
lower so I'm literally forcing feeding food into myself to bring my
weight up. Over 2 weeks times I have gained 2 lbs, a pound a
week but it is so hard because I'm using foods with high calories,
or trying to. Problem is, high calorie foods are so rich so I'm walking
around in a state of nausea all the time. I can't handle it.
Neither can my bowel. Toilet stops around the clock.
Does anyone know of any high calorie foods that goes easy on the stomach and puts weight on. Healthy foods would be good.
