Even in remission, can you still feel powerless?

Can the Crohn's really make you feel tired sometimes? Even in it's remission? Meaning I would be eating without problems so I should have enough energy from food and all since it's not active. But can it still make you feel tired or powerless even in remission?

Yes I think so but I would be concerned that it is creeping back if this is a change in how you feel. It was the first signs of a flare for me... tiredness. Maybe check in with your doc? Mine didn't listen to me for months until I got so sick I was off work for a long time. Even though my main complaint was "I don't feel right" it was CD all the way and finally I got so sick they listened.
