Over the past 2 wees the pain /discomfort has increased. I don't eat much of anything due to the discomfort I feel afterward. I not only have it between my shoulder blades but it seems to be all over my abdomen, chest and sides. I feel just plain crappy all over. Does gall stones make you feel this way? I also do not go to the bathroom as much as I usually do. Could this be a possible partial small intestinal blockage/narrowing?

It doesn't sound like an obstruction. Honestly more like a possible bacterial overgrowth. Hope you get this figured out soon. Hugs!

Not sure what it is but as far as my experience goes with narrowing and blockages is I'll go a little bit without a bm but then it hits and I have several (and sometimes what I'll call violent)... I have back pain as well as abdominal pain and just feel bad all over when I'm flaring

GB issues can bother your back and rib cage area... not sure if it could cause these issues for you. Maybe check with your dr?

shakehead Well went to the doctors today. Let the testing begin! Going for a Ultra of my abdomen in the morning. CT scan on March 17. Results hopefully on March 30. They think it could be Ulcers in my stomach or crohn's in my small intestines or gallstones. Don't know what to think. Just feeling plain old miserable. Hopefully this month will go by fast!!!! I hate not knowing.:o(

Well Ultrasound came back OK. No signs of Gallstones. Had an X-ray of my abdomen today (so much pressure and discomfort) No signs of blockage or constipation. Now have to wait for march 17 for a CT scan. Don't know how much more I can wait. The pain in my upper abdomen is getting to me. Just want to sit down and have a good cry cry
