Words of advice please

Hello all,
I'm 18 and I've been pretty worried lately about my health, and I wondering if anyone can give me some words of encouragement and advice.
After Remicade stopped working for me in Dec of 2010, I started Humira. Unfortunately, it isn't working already, and I up to two shot a week. I have pretty bad side pain, and three fisutlas. After complaining about air for months, I had another MRI/ CT Scan to see if they is a possibility of a vaginal/rectal fistulas.

My doctor is advising me to stay on Humira (which isn't working) or take Cimzia. What is everyone's opinion about this drug? Did anyone find success on other anti-TNF drugs when the others have failed.
Also, as of right now the CT Scan did not show a new fistula, but for those who have a vaginal/rectal fistula, it's kind of a hard thing to mistaken (you pretty much know if you have one and I have one). Is it common for fistulas to not show up on CT Scans/MRIs?

I really don't have any expertise regarding the CT finding the fistula. I have a Daughter your age, so I just wanted to reply to offer some encouragement. I'm not too familiar with Biologics either, but maybe you could stay on the Humira a while longer to see if things improve. 

I'm pretty sure an MRI will give you a very accurate idea of whats going on. 

What do your Parents think about what you should do next?

I have a recto vaginal fistula that they have never been able to find, but you're right, if you have one, you pretty much know.
