Done so far:

* overslept (which wasn't planned, but very helpful and cosy and lovely)
* stewed another enormous pot of pears
* eaten breakfast and lunch
* taken sheets off bed
* put pigs out to play

It's cold and I have very little motivation to keep moving, but lots that I ought to do, so might post progress here for a little while until I get motivated again.

Hope everyone is having a good day / night / sleep / whatever.

I really need to do some cooking this weekend (theoretically, today. ha). And haven't yet.

my only TLC was to walk to the nearest stables and book a riding lesson for next week. This i have done. I am riding for 30 minutes next sunday at 9.30am! i'm totally psyched to have booked in. really looking forward to it and i explained i was very unfit and post surgery. so we've agreed to take it easy. i'm thrilled!

Hi all!! Ivy we are having such wierd weather here. It was beautiful and bright and sunny all week long, and now on the weekend its overcast and cool. I wish mother nature would make up her mind and be spring already.

I did not take the probiotic lastnight. My tummy is still upset this morning, but I am thinking its a little irritated still, so will see if I feel any better tomorrow. If not, then I am going to have to call the doc. I can't go in Monday because I have another doctor appt on Monday to get my steroid shots in my knees. Who knows maybe those will help my guts too! But I promise if it continues to at least call him and discuss it. I am tired of feeling so pukey. I have only gone once today and it was very loose. Yesterday it was alot more, so we will see. Kinda feels gastritis like but thats the way it felt before my last resection. Maybe its something else, who knows.

Tlc's for today, rest, rest and more rest. Grandson is down, so he can entertain my husband. Will maybe go out with them for a bit, but really don't feel like doing more than that. Have a good day all.

I'm having a pretty lazy day today (barring the basics) weather is pretty weird here, dull and warm but have been forcast with thunderstorms so hopefully that will clear the air.
I have been giving a contact number for the man who manufactures the pro-biotics so I wthink I will give him a call next week and see what his take is on them :)
Have also spent some time mulling over whether there is a distinct possibility that the consultant may want to change ds' medication if he continues to flare on it. Does anyone know how often one would flare before they say that the medication is not working and that something else needs to be tried?(currently on Azathioprine/pentasa)

Ivy -- ahh to sleep in. So glad you did that.
Gail/Vixen -- we've got the same weather. The rain is threatening but not coming down yet.
Choc -- that's the best TLC. You've got something fun to look forward to.

Buy plants and enjoy Market -- DONE

Vacuum floors -- Hubby did it! :)
Homemade lunch, dinner -- DONE
Finish Mother's Day presents -- DONE, not wrapped
Laundry -- Almost there
Organize kids' clothes -- Mostly done
Start a project list
Copy and mail paperwork
