Thanks. For those, like me, worried about
privacy, here are some thoughts and remedies:
- the site is sponsored by a pharmaceutical company, which asks for your personally identifiable info: name, email address, and why you want the info
- the privacy policy of the pharma's site says it will not sell your info. BUT it does NOT say it will not share your info.
- companies, including insurance companies, are crawling the web, including the HW site, trying to find out everything they can about each one of us.
So here is what I will do, if I choose to download the info - create a temporary gmail email address with the name of a cat I used to have. Enter the cat's name and email address to download the info. On second thought, why bother? I'll get the info free from posters on HW, my doc, and other truly "free" sources.
There's no such thing as a free lunch or a free colonoscopy for dummies book. Am fine with being called paranoid
