Constant Headache with 6MP

Dear All,

Please help. I have been on 6MP for almost a month. While I am feeling very well as far as my Crohn's symptoms are concerned, I have recently started getting these strange headaches, daily, that do not go away. The first 2-3 weeks while on 6mp were good (occasional headache), until last week, started this unbearable headache. It moves from side to side of the head, front, back, dull, aching, pulsing headache that will not go away. Makes my head feel heavy, and makes it difficult to be functional. Anybody have these symptoms on 6mp and if so, do they go away?? Any insight is appreciated, I am seriously in alot of discomfort.

I had a nasty headache for weeks 2 to about 4 1/2. I am now at week 6 and it seems to be better. Who knows though. My AST is backing off(27) but my ALT is still creeping up(63). I think its way early to tell yet if this will be the drug for me. Hope it works for you.

When my doctor upped my 6mp dose to 75 mg from 50mg I started to get very bad daily headaches (migraine type). Crohn's wise I was OK on 75 mg but couldn't bear the headaches, so we dropped the dose after a month on 75mg to 50 mg again. Headaches lessened dramatically but, my crohn's got much worse. I'm still taking it at the 50 mg dose. I split the dose(25 mg X 2) and it helps with the headaches too, though, like I said I'm in a bad state.
Anyone with similar headache experiences?
Can I take the 6mp three times a day (at the 75 mg dose)? Maybe that helps with the headaches?
