DMSO for cramping

I've used it plenty in the past, but no longer do. It's hard for me to say whether it worked or not because I was using other methods at the same time. It definitely did not hurt me.

DMSO is nothing to be scared of. The stuff is used to preserve human organs awaiting transplant. It doesn't get much safer than that. It's also the go to treatment for interstitial cystitis. As long as you are getting pharmaceutical grade stuff, you'll be alright. Look for the stuff that's mixed in with honey. If you search for pharmaceutical grade DMSO and honey on a search engine, that should take you to vendor's page that has the good stuff - it's in a dark brown glass bottle.
