Hi i have bad pain in my lower right and round my belly button the gastro people are not sure wat it is as i am on prednisolone and have been for months i had a colonscopy a few weeks ago which showed inflamation but biopsiys were clear has anyone else had these problems also has anyone had clear biopsys but has crohns. I have been diagnosed with crohns thanks

Same here... I pass a colonoscopy because of pain (suportable pain, but still) and a lost of weight and appetite.. Some bad feeling.. No bloody diarhea. Maybe some urgent need to find a toilet.. but no diarhea. And at the colonoscopy their were inflamation at the Ileon and somes places in my colon not that much but still.. The biopsie is negative but my doc is telling me that it happen frenquentry because it is SO small that it's hard to detect. So he said he still have no doupt. And put me on Pentasa. He said I'd be in a really low state of the decease. I hope it's true and that I it won't get worst even if it seem impossible.

Hiya i have the barium meal and that showed chrons in my colen quite bad so they started me on prednisolon striaight away so they said perhaps that calmed it down so that it never showed up on my biops its doing my head in the pain is terrible and when they give me pain killers i get so constipated had to be took in hospital. I now am in so much pain and finding it hard to get comfortable just wish they would sort me out. Thanks for your reply.

if you absolutely have to take an OTC for pain, than there are ones w/o Tylonel. It is true, it can bind you up if you take too much. Even if you don't go over the max 4000 in 24. Discuss w/ your Dr.
