Hope LDN will continue to work for you! For me it still works, and this is my 4th year on it. I wish for that LDN will work even so good that you can have a beer on your 21st birthday! Take some acid blockers before you'll have the beer. ;-) it is always helping me from getting trouble.
I would strongly advice you to use LDN together with a milder maintanance medicine for Crohns. The result will be even better and last for longer. If you want, you can even use a diet like SCD or the GAPS, there are even more good diets avoiding sugars and flours.
If you don't want to learn how to cook yourself, which you have to do if you decide to use any of the diets metioned, you could help LDN and your health by going gluten free. I am strongly convinced that many of us are gluten sensitive, which is not the same as having Celiac Disease. Having a gluten sensitivity could be a trigger of inflammations.

Avoiding gluten:
don't eat bread, pasta and flours containing gluten.
Instead: you can by gluten free bread and pasta. Cakes and
cookies. But you have to restrict yourself and never cheat.
