Hey

I tried SCD and failed. I tried a slightly different approach and now im symptom free.

I made my own website for those intrested to read. Its no bullcrap selling things just how I got free of crohns symptoms.

    That's pretty cool. It sounds like you're doing an extreme version of Dr. Lutz' Life Without Bread diet. His reccomendation was to limit carbs to 72g per day. He also wrote about the traditional Eskimo diet, which was 99 percent animal fat and protein and how they maintained exceptional health. Also, the Masai people of East Africa eat a mostly meat diet and have great health.

    So happy for you! I notice you have taken quite a few natural antifungals (caprylic acid, oregano oil, coconut oil/milk, curcumin, ginger, olives...). Too bad doctors wouldn't recommend these "safe" foods along with their drugs they hand out, especially for those who have a history of antibiotic use such as yourself, as antibiotics are actually fungal poisons. I followed a low carb antifungal diet and took natural antifungals to get well too. Ain't it grand when you find something that works for you! I wish you all the best!

    I checked out your daily schedule—are you able to stray from this diet at all? Do you have trouble with almond flour?
