Medically, a raised temperature isn't considered a fever until it's reached 37.5C (99.5F). But I know from long experience I feel rubbish at anything above 37.0C. My temperature goes up in the evening sometimes after dinner, and I feel uncomfortable, too warm, and groggy. When the temperature goes even higher I start to get the chills, but tbh that rarely happens these days.
At any rate, doctors generally consider a fever medically significant at 38.5C (101.3F) or above - unless it's the NHS, in which case it's probably more like 45C.
They suck, but generally speaking low-grade fevers are nothing to worry about. You can try paracetamol (think it's tylenol in the US) as a fever-reducer. Ibuprofen is the better medication IMO, but not something that's a great idea for a Crohnie (or probably anybody) to regularly take.
You probably also have some inflammation going on, despite the Humira and normal blood tests.
