My wrists and knuckles seem to be where I hurt the most (the elbows knees and ankles are not far behind though!). It stinks since I bake and do cake decorating on the side and that makes the hands area hurt more.
I have found that stretching my fingers and wrists helps a lot. Trying to touch my middle finger to my arm and pressing the tips of fingers against each other (all I can think of now is the old visual joke...What's this....a spider doing push ups on a mirror).
I also found getting a full body massage and asking them to concentrate on my hands and ankles was very comforting. If it weren't so dratted all hot here....I would recommend a heating pad too.
