This summer I decided to go over to the Dark Side (Facebook) >_>. I started playing Farmville for a laugh, but the joke ended up on me when I became addicted to it. So, Farmville players, what do you think of Lighthouse Cove, the new farm? :p

Anyhow, if there's a group, I would like to join - if that's okay. *resounding silence; tumbleweed rolls past* Okay, I'll just be getting my coat then, shall I...? <_<

Hey NCOT - they got rid of the group function on there with the newest facebook update. There was a huge Crohn's support group on there that got deleted with almost no warning, which was really sad. Maybe we could make a group page, like the bands do, and everyone who is interested could friend it or become fans??
But isn't Farmville awesome?? I played for like years and I went on vacation once and everything died when I came back! Needless to say, I was p-oed. Deleted the farm and haven't played since. I still kind of miss it. cry

Ah... I had no idea about that. I don't really keep track of the FB updates (seems like they're changing the layout every other 5 minutes), but I'm surprised I didn't see any posts complaining about the group closures :-/ ... I thought I had remembered reading about a Crohn's FB group on here in the past, so I was a tad paranoid about the lack of replies. Thanks massively, anyhow, for letting me know. I dunno how Facebook groups work now, but I'd be in favour of a new group.

Farmville's great :p ... But when you say that everything died, do you mean the crops? That's a real pity if you deleted the farm because of that, as crops withering happens to the best of us farmers - just gotta pick up the hoe and replough the land :p ... Also, you could always start afresh...

Yes there is a group I still have access to it tooth, Just have to make sure the ones who may have u as a friend on there can add you to the group.

I'm not a big fan of facebook as I find it hard to maneuver to where I need to be. It's confusing to me. I had a friend that got hooked on farmville too . I don't play though , guess I have enough work that I can't get around too in the real world to care about cows and chickens that are computer generated . Don't get me wrong , I see nothing wrong with people playing what they enjoy , but I never had a fried cyber chicken or lamb chop .

I'm a former Farmville addict. I'm now addicted to The Sims Social. :)

O.o i'm still in all my groups.

also, farmville... I refuse to try it. I have too many real games that need playing. I still haven't picked up my copy of Gears of War 3.
