clonehead: doctor injecting me (so he can get paid, thank you canadian medicare) and i dont mind that he does it for me. i couldnt even epi-pen humira myself. had to have a nurse come and do it! what a nightmare.
dfdavedf: i have the book now so im going to read it this weekend and start with the baby steps. so intro diet even when im in remission? thanks so much for your support. i truly mean it! i will be asking you so many questions very soon :D merci!!!
pb4: i asked my GI if i should take methylated cobalamine (under the tongue) but he said that it would take months to work. maybe i should do it anyway since its water-soluble....are you taking prescription or natural pharmacy? btw thx for the advice on this! im not very knowledgeable yet on this subject.
as for my IBS, well, i eat so healthy, make my own food, no dairy (other than kefir, plain yogurt) try to stick to organic, very diverse, never pasta or rice, no junk ever and rarely restaurant food. i supplement like you as well. i do my exercise, im exactly in my weight range. However, once every few months i tell you, i get either mega C (had to have an extraction last year) or mega D attack and all hell breaks loose :P
i feel its really stress-related and i need to learn how to manage myself correctly. as soon as i panic i block instantly. if i start overthinking and getting anxiety, same thing. and im just so dumb because i have learnt NLP and know some coping mechanisms, i just forget to do it (plus i always forget to take my rescue remedy). i put alot of pressure on myself to keep up in school etc. and of course it backlashes.
i need a massage and go to sleep but i have to keep studying because of an exam friday.. *sigh* thank god i have a doggie that i need to walk all the time and get that fresh autumn air!
