Just seen on Dr. Oz, a simple way to see if you're anemic

By putting your palm out and pushing down on your fingers, if the lines in the palm of your hands turn red then you are NOT anemic, if they don't turn red then you probably are...I'm not, but I didn't think I was...neat tip!

Not much red AT ALL. But I already knew I was anemic. Neat trick, but my fingers hurt. Probably waited too long to see if it's turn red! lol
