Aww.. I recall about this time last yr starting to feel crummy.. All the holiday fun and eating and I am sure a little bit of stress wrapped up into the last few days starts to take a toll on the guts.. anyone else having holiday induced issues ?? Booo on you Crohns!

A few days of a bland diet seem to be helping do the trick here.... hope everyone else is feeling better too!!

Yes I over did it like I do every year. I swear im not going to next year. Stress is a huge factor and always gets me flaring for the holidays.

I think the pound of prime rib on Christmas didn't really do any great things for me. Nothing too bad, just a little discomfort sometimes. Hoping things turn around and go back to normal soon.
