moldycheese, I soo echo your choices, I have done great too after replacing bread and pasta with gluten free bread and pastas.
I first thought that these choices would give me a tasteless impression and unpleasant meals, but the breads that I make myself once a week are easy to make and are tasting absolutely terrific. I am not making the pastas myself, because the brands that I'm buying are tasty.

Krill oil is now found to be the best of the omega 3's to reduce inflammation. Also turmeric are doing a good job. A professor in pharmacy said; taking LDN is a no brainer, it's as dangerous as a vitamin pill, and may help reducing the inflammation.
If you go to yahoo and register there, you'll find LDN groups for MS, LDN and IBD, (Crohns/UC and other gut issues) ldn and fibro, LDN and depression, ldN and arthritis, psoriasis....
LDN is helping hundreds of diseases by increasing the beta endorphin levels in the immune system. The body will start to fight the enemies and do the job it was meant to do. Why wait?
