I am wondering about
the manifestations of "mild Crohn's Disease". I was dxed in March 2011 with "mild Crohn's in the TI after a colonoscopy for "rumblings in my abdomen". These symptoms appeared in January of 2011 and I got right on it as I am fastidious about
my health. However, daily I feel gassy pains and uncomfortable in the abdomen, just below the navel. It is worse when sitting at a desk. Fortunately, I do not have "D"; mostly feelings of constipation, although I have 1 to 2 solid, formed BM's per day. I take 1 g of Pentasa twice daily. I maintain a very solid diet of lean proteins, fruits and steamed veggies. I am 51 years old and have seldomly delved into sweets or junk food the past 27 years. Are these gassy pains a part of "mild Crohn's"? I would really like to feel no pains. Is that possible with "mild Crohn's"? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Take fennel tablets for gas pains. Drink distilled Aloe Vera juice.
Take Multidopholus probiotic.
