Fistula surgery (again) or wait it out?

Hi everybody.... It's been a minute, I hope all is well.
Anyway, I have a pesky fistula again, have had several surgeries.... Last one was like 3 years ago. It was bothering me (pain, drainage, blood). Then I made an appt and it slowed way down.... Still there just not unbearable. Anyway, I am torn between getting er fixed up again for a few years or wait it out? I haaaaaate dealing with it so I kind of want to get it in tip top shape prior to summer. But it is not unbearable right now. I cannot take remicade or anything so surgery is pretty much the only option.
One other very important question, did anybody experience severe fatigue with their fistulas?
