I have been down that road, too, so it's easy to understand your fears.
Try to learn as much as you can on Low Dose Naltrexone. I have used this medicine for 5 years, I have had renal cell cancer (tumor in kidney), and I am 100 % healthy now. LDN is restoring and balancing the immunesystem, so it gets strong to fight all your colds and other symptoms. LDN is also reducing the inflammation in your guts. You need to get a strong immunesystem and this is one of the best medicines to use to improve your health on all levels.

at yahoo there are a great ldn group named lowdosenaltrexone ... you may want to ask people there how they are coping with ldn.
I have had fantastic benefits from LDN, my immune system is so strong, I never get a cold anymore, prior to LDN I was like you. I got Crohns and Cancer, both 5 years ago, and I have been well all the time on LDN. And no ca return.
LDN is as mild as a vitamin pill, so please, don't hesitate to take it. If you're using narcotic pain pills, don't take these to at the same time, LDN metabolize in a few hours, why not take LDN at night just before bed to separate the two as much as possible? // the best of health, I'll promise to think of you and your family.
