hey, so has anyone out there tried the Body Ecology diet to manage or heal crohns disease>???
i am so interested about hearing anyones successes or struggles with this approach!

I havent tried it but have looked into it. I am in college and one of my professors husband was good friends with the man who wrote the makers diet and said that both that and the body ecology diet are great for crohns. I am interested in what people say also about the diet. Is it expensive or difficult to do? I would try almost anything to try and get off medication all together. =)

i tried it for almost a month, but it was hard to stay on it strictly, no sugar, bread, yogurt, cheese, so many of the things i eat everyday! but really looking for the strength to give it another try!
