Feel sad & depress lonely

Hi everyone , my name is Irene nice to meet all ppl in healing well cos in here can find many frens n solve my question too . Today I have a probs and Donno how to solve it , is about my son his name is Nelson , I been married 14 years but my married is very unhappy and suffer first 2 years still very good but after that both all us never talk anymore just like stranger then in 2008 I ask for divorce, now I face a lot probs is since married he move in my father house stay till now he just give marketing money never give me since married till now so now he ask for money from me than he agree to leave the house and divorce I am soo stupid to add his name in this house as owner now he don pay my medical bill n spenders so I just can keep quiet n accept b4 my son was very good boy and listen to wat I say but since last year start my son totally change to another boy nel keep tell lie and follow his dad step like throw things band things shouting argue scold crying don study just play don eat home cook so I feel very sad cos he is only son I don wan Nelson to be very clever or same like other kids but just hope he can be gd boy study not just play now everyday my son spend a day $20 tat is his dad give I tell Nelson if settle divorce mummy can't afford to give so much and just give sch allowance the father don wan the son w him when we settle divorce and every month just give $500 alimony to the son is not enough bcos he have Tution one month $300 plus swimming lesson $70 sch fee $25 and other .... So this few days keep thinking since he listen to the dad so think to let him follow his dad , but if follow his life will gone from young till now he never care or ask about the son , son need see doc he say no money but one weeks he can but a lot new clothing the son clothing broken also no money buy, now my life very hard to pass marketing 2 week $100 to use included every things in home use where got enough right but just have to very cheap food n eat , his dad now do a lot bad thing infront Nelson so he learn from thr , if I don allow my son go out Nelson will call the dad complain n he will scold me , so I feel my son have lost, can't turn back anymore , as myself have crohns recently been admit twice in hospital doc ask to do capsule endoscopy show tat my small intestine have a lot ucler so now wait for my apply social worker help but they say need my divorce cert then can apply but my lawyer keep dragging till now my case haven't done, so now even I take meds also no use cos when go toilet all meds come out w stool, I Donno I can last how long to live , if apply should I jap remicade or humira ? Remicade I try b4 one month 1 jap n jap 3 jap only around after few month admission again , now prob is do u think I should let my son go w his dad ? Can any one teach me and tell me wat to do next, I can't rest my brain at all, my mum also give prob to me I feel soo stress in my life I have no fren at all relative all avold I feel v lonely and useless think to end my life after settle my case and arrange my mum days by tat time I can rest my mind oredi ..... But my ex- husband still can't have a house now also my son school just nearby my place, ex-husband name Jason , Jason say he don wan the son so how to stay w him? Now I facing financial probs illness , my mum also have cancer just have an op in 2010 my son have ezecma skin probs too, I feel my life v suffering,do u noe if u are alone and no ppl help and talk to wat kind of feeling? B4 I have many frens but all just is wan cheat my money, all my money cheat by them all gone away, even my relative and own bro also avold me, in this times I need fren to talk also can't get one, last year I was admit I know a fren name Dorelia she is very good and kind hearted gal, herself also have illness yet care and be fren w me, she even use her salary to order goat milk for me and buy omega 3 for me to eat, recently she don feel good also waiting for tx but today she tell me she have other prob maybe her tx will delay, I feel very sad cos I can't even help her, now we less SMS each other bcos she stress n feel weak, she is working take care her parent,I also noe very soon will never contact anymore, no ppl will be fren w me cos I no money n a lot probs, since have crohns my body very weak, my teeth drop till going no more, most ugly is front teeth no more when smile can see so many ppl don like to go out w me, but I no money make false teeth, wat to do, now not longer drink milk n eat vit, eat oredi have probs whr got extra to eat good stuff, even eat overnite food or few days food need eat too, I Donno ppl w crohns can they work but for me can't work when I try carry heavy after few days the pain will come other probs is diarrhea , if not diarrhea will bcome contispation the suffering of tat I tink who have crohns should understand wat e feel, so crohns isn't can say cant work at all, in sg if doc can proof tat I can apply for some cash out from my cpf , as e remicade I stop after 3 jap till now tat was in 2008 , till now just taking azathprine and vit d steroid , the jap in sg very exp so can't afford to jap , I trying to apply gov help but need document of my divorce but till now my divorce still going on, I tink my jap is can't get it, if now I have flare up and just taking azathprine steroid can it control? Now if diarrhea all meds I take not in my stomach it will all tgt out w stool

Ailing, She's right.  Take it one at a time or you're gonna drown yourself.  keep pushing the lawyer.

Remicade/Humira:  Medical Social Services will process your application even without the divorce cert cos the cost is v high and with your financial status right now they will approve.  Only the processing time.

Keep asking the doc on your next appt if he can push MSW to expedite.  Also express your doubts on what the meds are doing to you now, change meds, dosage etc. and what to do with the malabsorption.

Bring up any other issues you're facing and make sure you get an answer before you walk out of his office.

I can't say much on your family issues but there maybe someone out there can advise.  Meanwhile, please calm down.

 

Crohn's is a difficult disease to treat, that's the problem tbh. I suggested Pentasa, but not with much enthusiasm, simply because studies have shown it to be no more effective than a placebo. (That said, there have been people on HW who swear it helps them.)

When you say you've been on a steroid for 10 years, do you mean Prednisone?! (Azathioprine isn't a steroid by the way; it's an immunesuppressant...)

Honestly feel a bit helpless to suggest anything further. Your doctor doesn't sound very helpful; have you tried pushing him? Is seeking a second opinion a possibility? By the way, when your meds appear to come out with your stool, it may just be the outer casing. You may still be absorbing the medication inside the casing. The only way to find out for certain though is to open one up and see if the granules are inside it or not... <_<

Anyway, all I can do now is wish you good luck... :-/

Ya, steroid is prednisone taken 10 years then stop for 5 years then last years nov start take till now , yes everyday meds come out tgt w stool is genuine meds , even in hospital they know abt it but doc still ask keep eat everydays now waiting for e humira or remicade to approve , I wish can go for a walk or yoga but sititaction very hard my mother does not alone me to go out if insist will get scolded and many probs, I feel tat I am very useless always control by ppl, wat ppl say I follow, I have a lot prob can't solve and also noe no ppl can help out, how also must solve myself, but.......

Yeah, your mother can't forbid you to go out; you're not eight! You really, really don't want to spend the rest of your life under the control of other adults. It's a thankless life and the more you try to placate somebody (doing whatever they want), the worse they usually become. Whereas if you stand up for yourself, not only will you feel more respect for yourself, but sooner or later you'll probably earn the respect of the controller as well, funnily enough. In the short term, it's likely that things will be worse, eg your mother will up her scolding, disapproval, or whatever it is she does to keep you indoors. But in the long term, if you stick to your guns, she'll come around, I practically guarantee it. And even if she doesn't... well, what is she gonna do about it? Chain you up? Nothing she can do, at least not legally.

Crikey @10 years of prednisone. That's bad; it was almost certainly that, not the Crohn's, which wrecked your teeth. It's appalling that any doctor let you stay on it for that long.

I hope you get Remicade or Humira approved ASAP. Also, you can take Methotrexate by injection. It's worth considering as a backup option, if you can't absorb tablets...
