Suggestions needed please

Dx 2002 with crohns in ti. became steroid dependent after taking entocort for three years. Been on humaria for three years now. In feb had to go to every 10 days vs every two weeks.
Just had colonscopy and no active inflammation but two days before had humaria.
Issue after eating and after a bowel movement have sharp pain in lower right side across from navel. Bm are well formed and not difficult to pass no urgency or cramping do not ibs
. Can't be gallbladder our appendix because removed.

Any suggestions

Normally lower right pain in Crohn's would suggest problems in the terminal ileum area, but you've just had a colonoscopy which ruled out inflammation, so...

Constipation is another possibility. Ovary pain wouldn't apply to you. Kidney stones - maybe. Can't think of anything else, sorry :-/

Could be scar tissue too, or even stool passing through scar tissue. Also adhesions (which commonly form after surgeries) cause sharp pains, especially after moving a certain way that causes them to pull.
