Female crohns complications?

Can someone tell me if this is from crohns or something else? I'm sorry if this is tmi.

I stopped having periods many months ago because of an iud. I started bleeding just a little but I figured it was a little spotting. It was just a little when I wiped but that's all. Then 3days after this started during intercourse there were big white chunks everywhere and it did smell funny. We've never seen anything like it ever. I called the gyn and they were concerned so I went in. They checked me out and said there wasn't anything wrong with me. No uti no yest infection. Nothing. She just told me I don't know. It must be hormonal and try taking some vitamin c.

Could this be crohns related?

Or how about bacterial vaginosis?

There's no way that could come out the "v" or uterus from the intestines, unless you had a big fistula, which would also leak stool and gas, not white stuff. Follow the advice of your gyn. or get a second opinion. Sounds like a cyst or bodily fluids of some sort.
