Abcess and abdominal fistula open wound... How long to heal?

I am 27 and have had crohn's and ileostomy since i was 13 yrs old. I have been on Remicade for the past two years and had done great until they delayed my infusion in april due to a sinus infection(they wont let you tAke remicade in those cases). Since then i hAd two huge flAre ups of crohn's and ended up with An abcess under my belly button that burst after two weeks so i rushed to emergency. Surgeon did a smallhole incision on my stomach to drain it and they did an MRI to see the cause which was a fistula underneath. So she said it was small enough that a double dose of remicade might heal it and i was sent home to bed rest and nursing care to pack the hole and help it heal. This hole seems to be only in the muscle tissue and about 2-3 inches deep but im worried how long it takes to completely heal? The nurse is vague when i ask she just says a long time. I am depressed as i'm very active And cant enjoy the summer. Also i keep stressing it wont heal and worse things are coming. Any comments are appreciated!

hope it goes good for you , but i must say mine like that took 4 years and finally another operation to fix.
