There are many people living on really restricted diets, but if you only eat what you've mentioned, then it's one of the most restricted I've seen.
There are diets with components out there where you can get guided from day one, I would like to suggest you to look into the SCD diet that is restricted the first weeks to calm down and stop flares, and then, as a week or two pass by, you'll get guided through a lot of good recipes and you'll learn how to cook yourself. I know a lot of people following this diet, and the diet will not be restricted a month or two in. But you'll have to learn how to make the food yourself from fresh vegetables, fish, meat, and fruits week by week. All the volounteers, the advocates will help and answer you every single time you have a question. This diet is used by sooo many having gut issues, and it's helping a lot of people world wide.
Many people may say that the SCD diet is restrictive, but I dare to suggest that eating just a few things day in and day out is more than restrictive, it just take away what's important for us; having good and well tasting meals, it steals our joy of life and it doesn't help us getting a better health. It doesn't provide us vitamines and minerals either. So we're not getting a good and strong body by eating just a few things every day. We need to take care of our body.
If you register in a yahoo group you'll find the biggest SCD group there. You could also look into LDN. That medicine took my inflammation and let me eat whatever. I don't get sick of food anymore. My inflammation has calmed down, I don't flare, I don't have pain, I have no diarrhea or other discomfort. Low dose naltrexone and information on this off label medicine is to read more about here:

Many people on SCD is combining LDN with great success, and the diet could be adjusted and not so strict when using LDN.
