have had this d/d for 10+yrs. had large intestine removed and part of my small. i have been on prednisone 15mgs for about
1 yr. of course my gi would not perscribe this my family doctor did, after i talk to him how good it is for, what do you say, (Remision.) the last year has been Great until about
a month ago. Been in er, twice in the last month with lots of Pain. Found a part of my small is inflamed after a ct scan. My GI doc is sending me to Rochester July 10th, he is admitting de-feet. kinda ticks me off, why is in the field??????. Yes i am worried they want to take it out. NOT.
I have been on remicade, am on humira right now. Does not seem to be working. Its the preds that are doingit for me. Anyone recommend which other new drugs are out there that mayo will be recomending?
Right now am on cipro and suppose to be on flagyl. Not taking the flagyl am taking someother pill from a natural pharmacy doc recommended to take instead of the nasty tasting Flagyl. I tried to tell my gi about my not wantign to ever take flagyl. nothing taste good. But he perscribed it. I will tell my docs in mayo about me not taking it. Absolute truth with them guys. I want the same in return. I just need someplace to complain a bit. thanks for listening.
