how do i know????

I have had celiac for 4 years, have had alot of pain lately been in and out of hospitals, doctors, all kinds of tests done. They diagnosed me with IBS the meds. they gave me are not helping
My mother had IBD, crohn's. Sadly passed i have 95 from staff infection from surgery. I know the symptoms of the dieases from watching my mother suffer, pretty sure that is whats going on with myself, but how can i get the GI to diagnois it... oh and brother passed in febuary from stomach cancer do to lack of care from celiac and IBD.. WHAT DO I DO???

Thank you for info... I've thought about switching docs. Problem with that is it takes forever. I am a very active person normally and the pain is horrible, I can hardly get off the couch, was gaining weight from doing nothing, but now i realizedin the morning when i first wake up the pain subsidies so I'm gonna try not eating and only drinking water. Any suggestion on how to make the pain go away, talked yo my GI they now believe that it is IBD, Altho not sure what one.... family history tells me what one. New testing for sep. 13 its the suffering till then .. Any suggestions on how to keep the pain down other then starvation????

Tried the not eating thing yesterday, felt ALOT better. Then thought I'll eat small portions of dinner. Not a smart move. Woke up and felt alittle better. Now just have to stick yo it for the day.. just want my pain to go away. Sick of this, doctors are slow. Of course they have NO idea what this feels like. Can't wait till my scopes on the 13th. Just hope if i get better before then they can still tell whats wrong with me..
