..anyone take them? With Imuran? Or any other meds? I know I should consult with my GI first

ion, but I've taken Ambien before while on Imuran and Asacol. It turned out fine. I also found this website - I don't know how accurate it is, but it lets you see the interactions of one medication with another.

I have taken Melatonin to help with sleep issues here and there. It's all natural, works very well for me and no prescript
ion is needed.

I used to take melatonin and it worked great but it was not on the diet so I switched to amitripoyline. It works great also.

If you feel you've tried to think of all possible options as to why you may not be sleeping well (too many lights, too much tv/computer/screen time before bed, eating certain foods, etc) than I would also suggest melatonin, the smallest amount to start with.

Just a word of caution about
the melatonin - it stimulates the t cells in the immune system sO can actually make CD worse... Google melatonin and auto immune diseases - of course, I am sure it is also individual...
