Ah OK Will, sorry you're without your pills. I had a bout with anxiety some years ago, rushed to an ER as my heart started to race out of nowhere. Wound up the attending physicians at the ER had a good chuckle out of my situation. I'm like sure, it's funny for you, you're not feeling this way, lol. They were right though, I needed to get more rest, a little less caffeine and it eventually went away. Going forward when I'd have a panic attack, I would remember they (the physicians) could tell me the symptoms before I could tell them. Then knew it was all in my mind and would feel better and calmed down.
I suffer from sinus infections a few times a year, usually 2 to 3 and they're pretty bad. I use a Neti-pot to flush my sinuses out, keep my head tilted up when sleeping, use decongestants and use a humidifier. I'll often sit in front of the humidifier for 10 minutes to breath in the steam through my nose. Also take very hot showers, breath in steam through my nose to break up the mucus.
Some people have mixed feelings about the Neti-pot, I do whatever helps relieve the pressure and get rid of the pains in my face.
Good luck tonight at the urgent care and let us know how things go.
