Pneumonia vaccine when taking biologics

My GI had told me in June I should get the pneumonia shot along with my flu shot and Hpv shot. I got the flu shot last week and this year got all my Hpv shots. The pneumonia vaccine was tricky because when I went to get one at the pharmacy. They looked at me like I was crazy. Since I'm 20 and they said that's for older people. So this week I went to see the GI again and he had asked me if I got it, explained to him how I tried and couldn't, so they just gave it to me there in the clinic.
That was Tuesday and I have a lump that's hard and sore on my arm that has grown since Tuesday. But today I feel like I have the flu! My head is throbbing, my throat hurts, I'm dizzy, fatigued, my whole body aches,nose is running. I've looked on google and find different responses.

Have any of you on biologics had to get the pneumonia vaccine and had this type of reaction? Should I call the Dr or wait it out?

I just had the pneumonia shot when I was in the hospital that was one painful shot. My arm hurt for 3 days since I was diagnosed with Chrones and getting ready to start Cimzia they wanted me to have it. I was told to message the arm where the shot was given. It hurt so bad I couldn't even lay on that side for the pain. By about the 4th day the pain was going away. Mine was also had a knot where the shot was given.
