It might not sound very serious, but it has now begun to affect my grades in school. I can't concentrate in class because I'm afraid it'll sound alot or that I'll fart (yeye I know it sounds funny).
I've become scared of quiet places because of my loud stomach! It usually stays quiet for a bit after I've eaten, but it quickly returns. It's incredibly embarrassing in class. I'm a little... ''gassy'' too.
It began a couple of days before school started again after summer break, and has been pretty consistent since then. I went to the school nurse some weeks ago and she told me it might be because I don't eat enough fiber-rich foods or that I eat Too much fiber-rich foods. And also that stress might be the trouble maker. So I tried to calm down a little and eat more fibers. It helped a little for a while, but no, it's still here.
It's not lactos intolerance, I'm sure of it. It doesn't hurt and I don't have any particular diarrhea.
I've never really been ''weak'' toward different foods. I don't swallow down much air either.
What can be the cause?
I did drink alot of water during the summerbreak, but I don't see why it'd still be causing my stomach to do this. Just thought I'd mention it
.
I'm so sick of this...! I don't feel like going to school because of this...
I'm a healthy 15 year old girl who barely gets sick.
