I am still in the process of getting results of stool samples. In the meanwhile, I have green diarreah that smells bad. I'm scared!! Has anyone had this before?

I've had that before.
Your liver creates bile and send it to the gallbladder. The gallbladder stores it, then sends it to the small intestine, just past the stomach, to aid in digestion.
Normally, it gets re-absorbed/recycled farther down the line and doesn't come out as diarrhea. But if you're really sick (or maybe in your case if you've just had a colonoscopy), it's possible that it doesn't get re-absorbed properly, and in that case it will come out as you described.
If you're concerned, call the office of the doctor who did the colonoscopy to let them know.

Have you had anything purple to drink? or any colored cereals/foods?

I do not have my gallbladder since 2010. Nothing purple to drink or cereal. Only fish oil, flaxseed oil pill and a banana in the morning.

Green is the color of bile. Since you don't have a gallbladder it travels unrestricted through your gut. Perhaps in the absence of food (you fasted for your scope) there was just too much bile and you ended up with green diarrhea. It should pass pretty quickly.
