My aunt shared this article with me and I really liked it. Someone with lupus explains to a healthy friend what it feels like to have a chronic condition using spoons.

Thank you for sharing scifigal, a great read. I passed it along to a friend who suffers from Lupus and has previously expressed her frustrations when attempting to explain what it's like having Lupus to others.

I love this, I even shed a lil tear, probably because I spent all my spoons today :/ made me re-evaluate my routine a little too!
